well you can't really complain about the frequency of the updates when they are not making much out of Patreon.. Summertime Saga is pretty much at the same if not slower development and they are making like 60k a month... with that amount of money you can get plenty of development going.. and P&P are keeping up with them and they only make less than 1k..... its a shame some get absurd amount of money... i mean ICSTOR has 2900 patrons.... god knows how much that fuck makes and 0 development..
you obviously aren't familiar with the situation. i'm here since launch, there was a period where the devs were at peak,making a lot of money, had a lot of patrons and reached their goal written on their patreon about how they'll pump more content and more frequently. after that they started to milk their patrons, had almost a year without update if i'm not mistaken. they started losing patrons and money to a point where they dropped 70% or more on patrons and had to release an update to salvage something of the situation. then they promised it won't happen again, they will go back the way it was blah blah, released a few updates in decent amount of time, and they went back to milking, releasing 2 updates a year with what's left of their patrons. only one the devs can blame is themselves for the current situation they're in. if they didn't resort to milking, they would've had lots of patrons and lots of income

If I remember correctly if you make fred read the whole script, they will not do the movie, so only have him read some of it
I sometimes usually just play the new update with the save file that was provided, think I missed some of the previous updates though. To me it feels like it is losing its touch, whatever story there was seems to be gone some cliffhangers from earlier patches don't seem to be addressed or expanded on (I might have missed those though), it just seems like it's just going to a different location to get a scene with each playthrough.
