If you flirted with her, but didn't engage in anything, you will have the opportunity to see her again and choose to pursue something or not, if you didn't flirt at all you won't have the opportunity to see her again...

You can choose to pursue or not any female you come across. Also you can choose to impregnate or not... and also can choose with some females so far, if you wish to convince them to become bi or not.
