Patreon had nothing to do with it. In fact I've got ideas for next stories revolving around M/S.
As for this game, I didn't want the mother to be a love interest. Her job was to be a mother and nothing else. Sister works better with the story otherwise I would've left her out too. Mom being the fan favourite was a surprise to me too since I modelled her on personal taste. Had I known, I would've made her look a lot more like "stock" daz models.

Personal opinion is all the girls have something going for them in general. The mom is likeable because she seems real, like you could see a hot mom like her IRL instead of all the LI moms in some games where they are supermodel faces with 38EEE ( o Y o )'s that while nice fap material aren't realistic to be a classmates mom type of deal.

Neither, just didn't want to explore it with the story. Update will take a long time still. Once I'm close to releasing, i'll make a post on patreon for release date.

BitingTheBullet The game is great, so you won't involve Mom as one of the LI's she is the fan favorite all around, any plans to include in this game for the sake of fans and what about the story you mentioned on M/S when will the new game come? And what is the status update on the development of lineage or legacy?

I mean, you’re right… The mom is hot and she is a fan favorite, but this has been addressed so many times in the thread already. She will not be an LI. At most, she might get some non-canon lewds as bonus content if the dev wants to, but she won’t be an LI in the game. That dead horse has been beaten into a purée by now.
I've made a few draft renders of the characters for the new game and am very eager to start but I need to complete this first. Development has been very slow unfortunately. I've got a lot of personal things going on that take a bigger priority so I've only been able to spend an hour or two for development. Still 60% done with the story and 90% with the animations. After that just going to do some playtesting and translations.
No mom. Once the game is completed I'll post a scene or two or maybe in the extras gallery in the future. As for now, nothing.

as a monogamy player that likes to be with one girl until the end and ignore Side Girls
I'm really hoping that the new update will have something that will tell me who are the main love interest
and who I just Side Girls that I can ignore because I can't end up with them
because in my opinion side girls are just heartbreaking because you can't end up with them and
you can't have a family
maybe it could be a separate menu for just love interest or a heart symbol
you know something simple that a person that cant read can understand
The LIs were announced a while back so they're gonna be the main focus moving forward. The new UI system for the notebook will remove most of the side and misc characters cause they were just hogging space. The LIs will either have a separate menu or some other marker that separates them from the rest.
Along with the notebook rework, I've been working on a tracker/walkthrough type of system that gives you an idea on where you stand with the LIs and makes replays a lot easier to complete.
Right now, 2 of the side chicks are written to be pregnant. Don't know about family status though.

She's a side chick.
Old June was a bit rougher overall. She got a face lift and overall adjustments.
This is her revised version:
Slow updates, uninteresting genre/themes, reworks, no marketing/push, me being stubborn and not adding momma bear.
At least that's what I'd assume. But slow updates is definitely number 1. To be fair though, it's a lot bigger than I actually ever expected.

I like how you aren't giving in to the mom not every mother needs to be fucked or a LI so it's quite nice to see a mother that is just that a mother
