What's the way to get out of the defeat loop? After being brought to 0hp it just endless enemies turns of raping Risa. How do I finish combat?

Hold down either cancel of accept button (default is X for cancel and Z for accept) and you'll have the option to accept defeat. You can also make this automatic after a set number of turns in your Defeat options in your room back at base. It'll automatically appear after a certain number of turns pass. If you're still in combat, just decline it and it will pop up after that number of turns again so you always have that option if you forget to do it manually.
