I am comparing them. Paul is clearly younger than the other guys. But since you're way off about the ages of the other guys, that doesn't mean much. Jayce and Troy are in Lisa's graduating class in college, which means that they're both probably within a year of her age. Byron is also likely around her age, so anywhere from 21 to 24 years old. The same for Calvin, Gunnar, and Danny. All of them are in their 20s.

The Bardie model was a teen model, which is fitting for a character who is supposed to be 18, and therefore a teenager. Bardie was declared to be 18 years old, and was in college. Decent Monkey (the developer of
Fashion Business) was not forced to remove Bardie because he was an underage character. He was forced to remove the character because the over-reaching censors at Patreon arbitrarily decided that he was underage. As usual with censorship, the censors are the ones who were wrong.
Also, Bardie was not immediately removed in Episode 2. He was removed about halfway through Episode 2.
