What kind of Blackmail though? In these types of games the female lead always gets blackmailed in the most stupid way possible to do the stupidest things.
However if Lisa was the one doing the blackmailing now that would be something new and interesting to see.
Then you clearly have been going through the wrong VN's and games.
Don't get me wrong it was a decent scene, better writing than 50% of what I've seen so far and there's nothing wrong with decent.
But please there are dozens of VN's with far better scenes and better writing, still for a 1st release this was decent as it should be.

Sure, a lot of people who make porn games (or porn in general) take very little time with and put very little effort into blackmail plots, but it's not really that difficult to come up with something which is hot and believable. I'm sure that PaleGrass will manage it. He's done well, so far.
That would be completely out of character for Lisa, at least based on what we've seen of her up until now. I don't think that I would find such a huge character shift believable, unless it had an equally huge catalyst.
Nah I don't like your idea where lisa is blackmailing. And I believe in dev that he is going to do something marvelous again in this blackmailing plot.

I generally dislike blackmail in adult games for those very reasons, I have one major blackmail arc in mind - it's relating to Lisa's identity as she's "hunted" by the Deloitte's but this is still some time away.
I have been toying with another perhaps less intense blackmail series introducing a mystery caller which would link a lot of Lisa's relationship paths with the upcoming exhibitionism path but it's not fleshed out in any real way yet.
I think blackmail is often comedic in a sense in a lot of games so I just don't want to tread off the wire I'm on right now because I want the opposite effect as the story progresses.
Dev why don't you jake and troy for blackmailing

Jayce is already written extremely differently into the next few chapters, Troy on the other hand will be involved more "willingly"(?) in future too. Their involvement just doesn't lean towards any blackmail scenarios as it stands currently
There will be more thressomes with two males for Lisa? or sharing scenes?

I'd be for letting the DEV do it, he doesn't lack ideas and honestly seeing Lisa in a suggested scene is no longer a surprise even for those who proposed it, it's just a reason to say: "See! He did as I suggested!" Instead with the bar scene and then the bathroom scene the DEV surprised and devastated all of us and no one had suggested or proposed anything to him because it was the first episode.
I don't want to be a wise guy, but you can't please everyone, there will always be someone who will say: "I would like to see Lisa with: 2 men, 3 men, 2 men and a woman, 2 women, 2 women and a man, not to mention the races! An endless list would form that would then expire into the mediocrity that some games are a part of, or I would watch porn and have the same result.
I haven't written a review yet because I'm waiting for the second episode and in my personal evaluation for the games I support, factors such as: good graphics, a little bit of content for each version, the creativity of the DEV without being influenced and the punctuality of the releases must come into play.

BUT.. how we get there isn't absolute and honestly there have been some pretty incredible ideas people have suggested that really get my head working. I write A LOT of them down for reference. Sometimes you just read a comment and it's like "holy shit, that would be perfect for X" and that's just so so great.
