Just like anyone else making any other list on the internet, things that I thought to be high quality and thought worthy of a recommendation.

I Have 3 Legendary memories about management games here 
They have Simple Brothel management with 1UI interface (Similar to Monster Black Market)
- Boku no dorei (My Brothel Slave)
Didn't found it here, but since its fine aspect, so here
- MARIONETTE
brothel management, but with android girls.
- Black Market
Abandoned due to rule no.7 (Have child abuse in it). I have its download link, but i don't think it might be good too share it here :x
I also recommends old (and mostly text based) management games, but they're finished.
- 3d Slave Brothel
Buy Slave, Manage them, and let they get used to it.
- Hive - The End
Play as Succubuss (Or high demoness?) summoned by a girl. Filling her wish for revenge and Corrupting one's city.
- Slave Matrix
Manage Monster girls, train them (Which IMO is the best aspect here), and once they trained; sell them on demand or just put them in work
- Whoremaster
Management, text based. Need download extra chars (Girl) packs to fully works.
- Cost Of Survival or 90 seconds slave
3d render, management of money, slave, and petgirl (later on). Main goal is to finish achievements and have them pregnant.
My fav. Games;
-No Dog No Live
Mainly corrupting player towards Submissive, Deviant, and Bestiality. Management seems just additional aspect in here.
-X-Life /on-going/
Gender Transform and Corrupting player along the way. (Simple management, but quite repetitive)
Also, i know some unfinished, but still have aspects;
- Brothel King /on-going/
Similar to Whoremaster, but this one have more eligible pictures for each training interactions. And Ongoing project, so community might adding something new in future.
- Magus Lab [Abandoned]
Corrupting slaves, Management, Quest. This one is grindy, tbh.
- Strumpets [Abandoned]
brothel, Slave management, Corrupt them trough training and potions. Abandoned, but from what iv'e tried, its quite much playable. Nice Thing here; many clothing options
- Sim Bro [Abandoned] and its remake Simbro : Reserrect /on-going/
Brothel management with simple flash image and looping gifs. Nice Thing here; many clothing options
Some other, few minigames related;
- Orction
Buy slave, use her, sell them again. Simple and so far i know this one have no save.

Click and idle management minigame
