Pregnancy has both a good and bad end, depending on trust; though, as with their previous games it is only endings. A whole ass family raising simulator is quite a bit outside the scope of the game; or any porn game for that matter.

Well, it just I always expecting something more than just unlocking new generic scene after many hours wasted grinding my ass off in these type of porn games. Can't even use cheat or someone complete save since sister will become a pervert instantly and I might miss a lot of scene between.
It doesn't need to be complicated, a picture of sister along with the kid greet brother when he come home after long day guild work and some new line. I will then happily spend my money for this game.

Try restarting the game, if not try update your sound device driver and restart the game again. Also maybe look at volume mixer to see if there are any problem there.
The devs said there might some audio issue but it may come to your device. I myself never experience this issue despite playing this games for days (just leaving it on and enjoying the BGM music, looping for hours on end).
Just finished the game on hard. I did get stuck on a few parts and had to reload (sometimes a few days before that) to get through it. With that said, these are my stats when I beat the final boss:
The thing to note here is that I actually went through the tournament without Kana's EX skill and only unlocked it at Day 90+. By this time, I've long since completed the Great Adventure (pretty easy even on hard once you have at least B rank stats and C+ defense) and unlocked Imouto Love.

Not sure, but I think this happened once I finished doing Great Adventure. Or rather, it got highlighted because it's worthless now.

Can't seem to get 1.1.2 to work? I tried it on it's own and with the files from the translation, says something about permission for the ini so figured locale emulator, it opened once but immediately closed and now nothing...weird.
Small thing. After I downloaded the panties patch and replaced the files, the description for the Craftsmanship skill suddenly went back to Japanese. Is that a common occurrence?

So after doing some searching, and testing myself, I learned that Golden Shot comes specifically from having Gloomy as your second personality title.
Alternatively, there is supposedly a random event about a lost wallet.. and choosing option 2 has a small chance to both change your first title to Remodeling and give you the Golden Shot trait (I can't confirm as I don't recall seeing this event, personally)..
..however, it is simply a negative trait that increases your chance to impregnate your sister to 100%, and it will not reverse the pregnancy change from completing the Big Adventure.
Once you complete the 100-floor Big Adventure and the fortune teller says that your sister can't get pregnant, there is no way to get the pregnancy ending anymore on that save.
I hope this helps..
*Additional side note; having either Golden Shot or Prejaculation enables the option to visit the Clinic on the weekends, and there you get to meet another cute character that doesn't show up anywhere else in the game. There are no scenes or anything, but she is still cute
