So, is there no continue after the good pregnancy ending like in the first game? I assumed it would be like that and so I didn't really care to use condoms or an after pill. Now my save is stuck on the day before the ending, and I cant do anything about it.

Complete the The Big Adventure to heal your sister by sacrificing Onii-chan's fertility and you won't be able get her pregnant no matter how many times you cum inside her.
You can also just give her an after pill the next day in the drinks menu if you've got one, but they need to be bought at the city on weekends.

Because it's supposed to be unlocked. Pre 1.1.2 it wasn't there to begin with, so I assume you used a patched version which fixed that... official fix probably went a different route.
hmm but before i can use that command yesterday...today it suddenly gone after i load my save
