Japanese make characters based on the Japanese people.

Same way western make characters based on western people. Or use to at least.

Save datas in WolfRPG are based entirely on the internal name of the game. Therefore, if one changed the internal name to match the Japanese version, it would load the Japanese saves, and as Kagura appears to not have messed with the variable system at all (suprisingly), the saves would also be fully compatible.
As such, I've attached a JP Save Compatible Kagura Version if anyone is interested. (Hint, using this, your save will still be compatible later on if you want to switch to the JP DLC as well.)

It's achievements and generally how far you progressed into the game, up to a cap of 15 points. Check BlueFireNick's guide for more details.

Do you have Kasumi recruited? I'm not actually sure if it's a requirement, but you can finish the main story without ever recruiting Kasumi.

The saves are based on the internal name of the game. You can make them compatible by changing that part, since all of the variables and such are still the same. I made a post earlier with an upload of a changed file to allow you to use the JP saves with Kagura's version..

The volume option is on the leftmost side with 3 bars that indicate volume level. There are no other options though.

Maybe finish grand adventure first then defeat Akatsuki's guild again. Time will advance after that then you can go to the hot springs.

I really urge you guys to use the official versions. Issues like this don't exist in the steam version i'm using. Issues like this with fan work interfere with the gameplay experience
