This exe is strange, Locale emulator is not available for this.
edit: well, after I update the Locale Emulator, I load the save and now it's showing kitten cooming but I didn't open the game with the locale emulator

There's no update to Locale Emulator beyond 2.5.0.1. Were you updating from an earlier version? If not, what did you do? Like you had crossed out, Locale Emulator cannot be used on the game's EXE, so I'm encountering the same softlock as you.

well, the game is weird on non japanese system, it's really unstable, after cooming for the 1st time, in the night when I select to sneak on her, it jumps to the morning, skipping all the night time.

You need an app that is called Cheat Engine you need to install that then you need to use this cheat table and inject it to the game it will look something like this


You can watch like a YT video on how things work in this engine it's easy to learn, just don't use this in like any other online games or payed games it might trigger a ban, Have fun.

Inusuku hired external artist to do arts for remake , and all art is done at this point. ( except very few additional ones he want to add now)
Why % is so high ?
I think Inusuku mentioned that number of art is twice or trice compared to original game ( not exactly sure)

Basically, the artist they hired has been working on this since last year, and the delays for Fantasy ended up letting the artist make much more than Inusuku planned. So thanks to this artist, there will be roughly 40% more cg than Inusuku was planning to put into the remake, which was already planned to have more than the original.
