One can play both. As usual the recommended way of experiencing any media is vanilla/original first. Then replay etc with mods you want to get even more enjoyment of same thing you already like.
Basically, the color mod and fffox mod have both given a game more replayability value and theres nothing wrong with it.

Did you get your game from kimochi.info? Redownload it from the op. Make sure you get the correct version to keep your saves.
Kagura translation and Fan translation are not compatible with saves (unless you do some magic and idk about it).
I'm with you dude. Of course everyone's entitled to their preference, but I just see it as putting a lot of effort into trying to fix what's not broken.

Hmmm, I'm half and half on this one. On one hand, I personally prefer the monochrome look because it's not something you see everyday and color (if not done right) can actually take away some details (Look at most unofficial and even some official colored manga and compare it to the traditional b/w version).
On the other, those words can be used right back at you if you run into an error from a fan-translation especially before this was picked up by Kagura "I'm not trying to be a douche, but it defeats the point of it being made in Japanese. Just play it in Japanese. Don't know JP? Go learn."
This was mostly because they were operating on 2 different versions. Now that Kagura has released the DLC, saves from the OG Japanese version should (in theory) work. And since the Fan Translation is based on the JP version, saves with the fan translation should (in theory) work. I have both (Kagura and JP) version so I could test it....but too lazy for all that save crossing and remembering which one belongs to which lol

Found using WolfRPG editor, you can change the kagura version font to the original JP/fan TL font instead of using the terrible pixel font, or the not great fallback font

I already suggested him to redownload a clean game from here instead of kimochi.info as it seems he got according to error.Captain Obvious. Do you have a solution to the man's problem or are you here to state the obvious?
Also, he should be asking for help in the color mod thread (whichever he installed, since theres two now).
And even disregarding that, you were much less helpful with your "just play without color mod" comment. So stop being a douche like you claimed to be not.

There was discussion somewhere about the font issue (i forgot if it was few pages back in this thread, i think?), but you can also get around the terrible font by removing the font file entirely in kagura version afaik.

Yeah, That's the fallback font I mentioned, It's better than the pixel font, but it has some wrapping problems in some areas IIRC

Looks like it hasn't been updated in a while, though.
yo I have no idea how to actually have any other hot bath scenes from the dlc. I beat the main game and all, even had my first hotspring event but after that I can't go back to the hotsprings ? the only thing I can do is pay 1500 to take a peek at someone in hotspring and thats all, there's no questline or plot over there ? help ?
