Thank you for the transition Chopolander.
The Devs made a large mistake abandoning F95. From providing information to casual observers. To recognizing healthy criticism. And more importantly responding to that criticism. All the good that is going to be coming down the pipeline for this project has roots in the conversations that happened here months ago. And that’s a resource I would hate to lose.
I am not anyone’s lapdog, and if you assume otherwise I will push back. If all else fails, I will be honest. That may upset people here, silent readers, or devs. But in the end you will at least know how I feel.
The devs do not promote their update posts well. So I plan on posting links as they become available. Besides that I will answer questions when I feel I have a suitable answer.
As Abelius eluded to. I would prefer to stay on at least neutral terms with everyone. But I’ll allow my responses and actions to speak for themselves. I actually do look forward to chatting. Because there is a lot of good that can come from here. And I look forward to finding that.

A lot of good came out of here from here the beginning if it were not for the arrogance of someone who acted as spokesperson here. In fact, we probably would have saved probably a year and a half of development if they had understood initially that 3D was garbage. Anyway...

Abelius has good, irrefutable points. No matter who comes up with the most creative method of saying "No u!", it doesn't change that the team needs to start making pretty regular and targetted updates and deployments to the communities supporting them.
Ultimately it's the age old "put your money where your mouth is". And all in all, Abelius is putting out a game with regular updates with a tiny team.
Until that changes here, there's no sense defending anything except that there are updates that work is happening. Updates ARE being posted to represent work, but ultimately people want and need updates to the video game itself, which hasn't happened in quite some time.

True. Like I said to Abelius a while back and like I'm sure pretty much everyone here feels, all I care about is results. I'm not invested in either project, so I don't have any right to demand results, but a lack of results also isn't going to draw in new support. At the very least, Abelius has something to show when he said he would. The latest update for LOK lists a lot of "work", but it doesn't really mean anything to the average user. It's just essentially fluff and no substance. People want to see a game, something they can play, not a changelog and a handful of assets here and there. At the time they release anything playable someone else may be on the works of an actual LoK game
I'm excited for the demo. Now I have no fish in these chips since I've never pledged to this game monetary wise, but I'll be happy to reap the benefits! But if the game proves to be worth my investment, I may go there. That is a strong maybe. I know we all can't afford luxuries (porn games are not a luxury damn it! ) but we do what we can.
