I don't know what you mean by "a mechanic".
Lolita can get pregnant in the game, then she can choose to abort or keep it.
If she has an abortion, the game continues.
If she keeps the baby, it leads to an ending (3 different variants depending on the father).

I see a question mark at the end. That designates it is a question. They are ASKING if the dev is going to update it already (which makes no sense with the word "already", but not everyone understands Engrish well, including many Americans lol)
I am more inclined to consider the post as horrible grammatical skills before I assume it to be a rude demand. lol

Just an idea...if she can get pregnant (and the stat can be raised so that she can get pregnant easily and more often), maybe she should have a 3rd option to not abort it but give it up for adoption. It doesn't end the game. She doesn't have to take care of a baby. She can continue her adventures. The story continues...BUT...there is a stats counter that tracks how many babies she has given birth to. Maybe she can go to the orphanage and visit her babies. lol
Your proposal doesn't solve everything.
If I added the possibility of carrying a pregnancy to term, I would have to redo all the CGs with Lolita having a round belly (and preferably with different stages of pregnancy).
And I'd have to make dialogue variants for every situation in the game, so that NPCs react to Lolita's pregnancy.
It's far too big a job for me to contemplate.
in the game options, there's a setting for Lolita's fertility. You can choose to never get pregnant
because I'm too slow to update according to f95zone rules

You should know that comments like these, which are all over f95zone, tend to discourage devs.
I've always refused to do small updates. I only publish when I estimate there's enough content to make it worthwhile to resume a game.
I've never hidden the fact that I have a IRL job, and a family. I go at my own pace.
If you were paying for my game, I could understand your grumbling if the updates aren't regular. But I don't monetize.
(I just have a support donation system, which I created at the request of certain players who wanted to help me).
If my pace doesn't suit you, I think you'll find other games on this site.

Don't get discouraged; most of us are big fans of the game and understand your situation very well. Some who make comments like that only do it for a laugh, not realizing it hurts your feelings. I hope you stay motivated and enjoy doing this.

Skip time button: just skip forward to a time when the baby is already delivered. Really, there would only be a need for a handful of renders with a belly. At least that is how most prego games are done (the ones I've seen, anyway).
A render with a belly naked, and one for each outfit....so of she has 10 outfits, that would be 11 renders. And really only a need for one size belly, at that point. I know may people may not care for gaps in time, like that, cause to them, it may cause holes in the plot. But, I see it as doable, in a reasonable amount of time.
But, it was just an idea. Not really a request. And it wasn't meant to "solve everything." It was meant to "add something."
Either way, I do like that game and am glad to see it isn't abandoned.

It's usually non-donors who whine about long wait times in development. If people donate, they have a little reason to worry, but if a person hasn't spent a dime on the project, they can just as easily just go find another game to play. Yet, they whine about something they've lost nothing over. Admittedly, I haven't donated to a Patreon in a very long time, but I don't complain to the devs about anything. I do offer ideas from time to time, as I have with pepette recently, but whether they use those ideas or not is their own decision and I won't get butthurt by their decision. If I like a game, I'll play it, let the dev know about any bugs I find, and such. But, not donating, that really gives me no right to say anything about how long they take.Nope, he was actually rude

this is probably my second favv porn game till now, it would be a treat if you update it and the sex slave stuff is included as well
just a suggestion but if more npc's could pee on lolita it would be a huge plus point for me
If slave stuff is to be implemented, I hope it'll be optional. Regarding the pee stuff, although I myself am into it, I think that that too best is optional.

Well, don't forget that not everyone shares your preferences. I'm not in slave and pee stuff.
So this would make the game less attractive in my opinion. Only way would be the possibility to choose.
