Man, that raided caravan quest is a pain in the ass from beginning to end. I am talking about the you get from the downed guy in the north east path towards the infested mountains. Had to savescum really hard and basically cheese it by putting a minefield of traps to both sides of the guy so he could survive the bandit's attack (and get lucky enough that he doesn't wander off and dies because of my traps), otherwise he gets dogpiled by 3 of the melee bandits + the archer 3 seconds into the ambush.

Wait, you travel that far into uncharted territory without companions ? The common occurence is your 2 companions will get agroed by the 4 bandits first and the quest giver get a breather. Final result may vary, worst one both your companions die but you still get the quest.

Also, there's something wrong with the NPC alert in the new abandoned copper mining town. You MUST kill the people that spotted you between a time frame of 1 to 2 seconds or the alarms triggers immediately (also, stunning people from behind with a melee weapon STILL raises the alarm after said person got hit from behind in 1 to 2 seconds). The only decent way to deal with it is cheesing slowly with traps and lure them until they either die from traps or a backstab.

Yeah same as church mission, I think you should know by now, both missions can be done stealthily, without alerting anyone.

I usually kill everyone and everything. It gave me much joy to slaughter the whole monastery. Except the two women. Those I spared. I still have to find the new stuff like raided caravan and southfl.. And yeah. I haven't been able to play so much. Since November actually.

But I've had some time playing now since 0.5.1.0.1 and I have finally got both "From the shadows" and "Into the darkness" traits.

And, either one or the other is bugged. Or, it depends on which one of them should cover picking up stuff. Since that action stops Lona from hiding and reveals her like a fanfare "Tadaaa!" Here I am!

I tested a bunch of other skills and abilities. And the ones I found are bugged are:

• Picking aything up from the ground
• Opening chests

So, doing the quest with Orkind ear gathering can be a hassle sometimes, since I need to pick the ears up before they vanish, but not right infront of two fat Orcs. Preferable. There is no problem setting up the cauldron though. So, thats cool...

If anyone finds more things that unhides/reveals Lona please leave a comment.

My money on those traits only working with mappable skills but not for normal interactions. I bet even talking to people or reading signs would break stealth mode. Whether intended or not is anyone's guess, but the two you mentioned should probably be included.

Let's not go there. I understand fetishes and such, if Eccma want to, he's gonna add it. For now, let's help Lona survive first. I understand CaiNanE's concern as well as I share the same sentiment where games with dick girls tend to cater to fetish, femdom or yuri crowd which most of the time turn the game into a "fuckfest" instead of a proper game.
We'll get to it when we get to it.

We already have plenty of gameplay elements, in fact this title, while being a pretty good rpg, is a piss poor porn game.

The game wouldn't be any more of a fuck fest than it is now, male enemies already rape you on loss most of the time which makes your argument moot. All it would do is to make the game more appealing for other people, including me because I prefer futa on female more.

I'm not dictating what should be in the game. I'm making a suggestion. In fact what Yukihirou and CaiNanE are doing exactly what you are saying I'm doing.
So far the arguments against it are nonsensical.

I said desirable content as in more variation than simply males of different races. Honestly the porn part of this game is so shitty and boring it might as well not be in the game. Claire's quest, albeit horribly unfinished and even with development moving at a snail's pace has more interesting H-content than this does.

I'm questioning exactly why do you naysayers think more variation is wrong. Don't get me wrong, it's a good action rpg but as an H-game it's utterly subpar.

Well to be fair you're kinda right, nothing stops him from adding some futa-character, and the game content isn't exactly restricted. However do consider that it's virtually impossible that he'll concentrate on adding a lot of futa-girls, looking at what content the game has now. If anything, it'll be just another unique character with next to no content in near future. Which is why for futa you really have to choose another game, like Meredian.

It's not that it's wrong per se. It's one or both of these things:
1) They personally don't like Futanari stuff
2) They'd rather see where the story goes from here
Adding more pr0n content would only delay the story progression. He's going to add more pr0n (I'm almost certain) but I doubt there'll be that many more races available to canoodle with.
The pr0n is secondary to the gameplay in this case rather than it being integral. You don't even need to be farked to push the story forward. Frankly, it's games that use sex to push the story that I find to be more boring.

I'd call this a survival game with horror elements before I'd ever call this an H game. Most of the H content is completely repulsive which is fine because it's still fun and interesting.

There is no central plot to the game, other than ''your hometown was destroyed, get enough money to escape the island''. There are quests and you meet and interact with characters and sometimes get followers out of that, but there is basically no plot focus.

Really? Because it seems kind of strange to me to create this complex h-system developed to meticulous details and then going ''meh, fuck it, I want this to be a quest based A-rpg''.

This is simply not your kind of game and you're playing it the wrong way, sex and rape irl is supposed to be smelly and brutal and more often than not does not feel good, not to mention very unsanitary in the past.

But those are not the reasons people come to like LonaRPG. Again, if Eccma simply want big cash or cater to some fetishes, it's entirely up to him, people have been begging him to draw some good boobs on Lona for a while after all.
Also, fetishes remain fetishes, not all people are the same. Which is why you don't go to NTR thread and bash it for having NTR element in it. This is a survival game with R18 elements added in for the shock and realism touch and not a fleshed out porn game.

Well seem I can't persuade you on this. It's fun battling upgraded enemies as long as you're not on hell or doom mode though. But I kinda agree that for newbies and people not used to rogue-like games or hardcore survival games, starting the game on "hard mode" can be a pain in the ass, there should either be a normal mode (maybe starting the game with 200 Stamina? But this is kinda un-lorefriendly) or a toggleaple switch for world danger, addictions, food rotting and such... But well, more work for Eccma means less progress for the game, we can worry about those stuffs later, let's just get to know the game better while we wait for better news (honestly, you come at a good time, the 5.01 combat update is a godsent, can't imagine playing past versions gameplay anymore)
After you decrypt the game, I can point you to the editable file that affect world difficulty if you want to mod it out.

Don't get me wrong, I'm loving the struggle; the fact that you have to eat bugs, rats and cum to survive the first few days, or selling your virginity to some asshole to make enough bucks to allow yourself the luxury of a room for a few nights, is absolutely amazing and unique. It's just that I have a profound dislike for enemy scaling as a concept (level, gear - it's the same), since it tends to cheapen the progress you make with your character. Stronger enemies should exist, of course; but in advanced areas, places you shouldn't be until you're up to the task.

Besides, I'm still mostly speaking out of my ass since I haven't yet seen how the thing plays out. It's more of a matter of principle for me, as of now, than an actual problem with game balance. Maybe hanging around many cRPG elitists fucked my brain.

Good to know you're man of commitment and culture who favor the JP ones despite language barrier, no ill wills toward the EN side, but somehow I can't get used to them, much like how I can't watch dubbed anime even after waching them for 20 years. The only En I watch is chicken, her recent collab with Watame sure is hella fun isn't it ?
