Each girl is different, but I try to maintain realistic proportions for all of them unlike most other games out there. You're definitely going to see pubic hair in this game, so don't worry about that. It will be more common than the alternative. As for underwear, I deliberately make it more modern than most fantasy settings would, because it would be pretty boring if I went for realism in that department for a porn game. I try not to go overboard though. I'm more about making things believable than realistic.
To be frank, you probably shouldn't be looking for historicity in a game where the premise is the main character and his pixie sidekick use magic to manipulate women to do his bidding.
The world so far feels self-consistent and quite familiar in that "fantasy setting" way. I feel like it has just the right balance between making you curious about how the world works, and not so curious that it's a distraction.

1) You've seen her small scene for this patch, at least as long as you've also tried out Remove Inhibitions again. The new stuff for the three initial girls is minor. They got the three first releases to have fun in, so I put the focus elsewhere for now.
