Yes, thats why i avoid it using another save.. always make 2 save place, one for play as the story update and second one for experiment :3

You can only have sex with Nell if you didn't threaten to break up with her. you can edit the values in your save to make it like you never threatened her. not sure if it'll break the save though

Yes, same problem. It crashes on loading any new saves. I tried my old saves (no mods), got the save from here a couple of pages back, and same result. Also downloading the game from the first page.
