You can only have sex with Nell if you didn't threaten to break up with her. you can edit the values in your save to make it like you never threatened her. not sure if it'll break the save though

Yes, same problem. It crashes on loading any new saves. I tried my old saves (no mods), got the save from here a couple of pages back, and same result. Also downloading the game from the first page.

You need to talk to Samara several times until she tells you how she met Nell. Hopefully that'll get the ball rolling for you.

I also generally don't talk much about that topic outside of the progress reports for $1 patrons and subscribers, so if you really want to know these things, become a patron. Don't expect any news about the February update until January, though.
