Yes, everything except Remove Inhibitions for Sister Agnes is fully implemented in this game. The rest of the work before 1.00 is just polish.

Belle gives you very explicit, step by step instructions for how to go about obtaining the spell once you have revealed the Crone's secret. If you are wondering where to find writing materials, you could try looking in a place on the map where writing is done.

New Game plus. Essentially, after you finish first playthrough successfully, you can play new with unique content not available in first playthrough.
I am suspecting that after finishing routes for all of the girls, there will be some unique achievement, though I can be wrong. For the sake of clarity, I am speaking about future final version of the game.

With NG+, you start the game with the upgraded stats and spells (except for knock and shrink) that you'd achieved in your previous game. It's a very different experience because you're not scrambling in the early game to train up everything. You still need to train with the crone, but training with Samarra just provides you with the sex scenes, and you don't have to read any books at all, steal any underwear, or interact with Erato.
There is some (not a lot) of exclusive content in NG+, but most of it is still being worked on as of 0.41 and won't be complete till 0.42.

Sister Agnes has significant new content (sex scenes and a secret) but it's not finished.
I don't know of other major content unlocked by NG+.
The main downside of NG+ is that it becomes quite a bit harder to win Primrose's heart because you're not needing to spend nearly as much time in the library.
Thanks pk. I'll read thru those. Stuck trying to solve Aldreds secret, Evelyns final secret, Nells final secret and the Crones. I believe, there are still 4 empty "clue" boxes, and I have absolutelu no idea where/how to fill those last 4 boxes, with what I believe is the final clue for each of the 4 remaining secrets. W/O them, I cant solve my way past the subjects questions.
