Learn Samarra's full backstory. ("talk about samarra" until the option disappears). You have to do something to earn her respect for each chunk of the story. The final chunk involves how she adopted Nell.
Once you've learned Nell's backstory, it should be pretty obvious what the FQ's vision is actually about.

Expose her large secret (where she goes at night). You'll learn about something she detests, which is what's preventing her from accepting your professions of love, and which shows up on her "remove inhibitions" screen. But you can't remove the inhibition yet. Eat with her. The second meal you have with her, you'll learn the first clue about her dark secret. Once you've uncovered her dark secret, you'll be able to remove the inhibition.
Make certain that the inhibition is gone before you try to woo her, or she will leave town and the game becomes unwinnable.

Incest between the princesses is still incest in eyes of Patreon. It was not removed for two reasons.
First, complete story of their incestuous relationship in past, and resumption of it, was not implemented in game back in time when developer was forced to remove incest from the game. Second, Patreon wont react on it's own initiative. They usually react when somebody complains.

How do I save Primrose? Or rather, how do I get the proof that she isn't guilty? I've tried googling, searching this topic, breaking into the interrogator's mind, but no such luck... Anyone care to help? All I can find are out of date walkthroughs, when I don't really want to use a full walkthrough.

you have to ,search for clues, talk to primerose, go to sammara talk (ask) her direcly about the evidence reveal some clues she (samarra) will tell you the evidence she got, (you must be able to reveal large and dark secrets with Invade Mind) cast Invade mind on both Samarra and Primerose, after you have all together present samarra your evidece again

I respectfully disagree. Been trying to get to 1st base with Nell for like 2 weeks now. It's day 47, and she still won't let me kiss her. I brought her the romance novel. I've revealed all her secrets and done advanced training with her. If I've missed something, I've no idea what. And if I haven't missed anything, like I think, then I need to cheat...

Basically build up a relationship with her, interrupt her and Thaddeus, give her at least one massage and 2 lunches (I think those numbers are right), and then confess your feelings to her before you remove her inhibitions with her dark secret. There will be scene at home that night and she will be gone the next morning.

I have wooed Nell many times. It should not be that difficult. usually I just need to spend 2 or at most 3 afternoons with her at the stables, and then kissing her in the belltower gets me the option to become her boyfriend.
Is your charisma still at 1? Were you dishonest with Samarra during your interrogation on the morning of day 8?
I am always honest and I always upgrade my charisma to 2 before trying to seduce anyone.
If you're still getting nowhere with a charisma of 2 and spending multiple afternoons with her at the stables, something has gone wrong.
Agree with Glaurung. Nell is usually pretty easy to start a relationship with. You don't need to do the advanced training for it to progress.
Same questions as he had. What is your charisma stat? Have you solved her small secret yet? Were you honest during the interrogation (like the fairy queen, she is a truthsayer).
Usually it is spend time with her about 3x, on the second time bring her a book - the book used to matter (Romance) but I haven't tested 1.0 enough to know if that still holds true.

It used to be spend 3 afternoons with her if you bring her a non-romance, or 2 if you bring her a romance.
I think now it's spend 2 afternoons with her regardless of what book you bring (but I haven't tested thoroughly).
One other wrinkle: you don't get the option to kiss her on your first visit to the belltower (when you're there to train and she's teaching you).
The option appears (if you've spent enough time with her) only for later visits, when you're up there just for fun.
