It was becose I am an idiot and chose the wrong option in (Callie) small secred.

Not sure what I did, but somehow got the bad ending of Evelyn getting hanged . Didn't even get to meet the princess.
What are the necessary quests to get the good ending, which there is one I presume given that my gallery is still half locked.
Also any tips to better manage the time? priority talents etc??

evelyn getting hanged? do you mean primrose? if yes then prove her innocence, get nell to become fairy queen, get all stats maxed, .............. well basically you need to do everything.
You don't need to do everything (there is probably not enough time to romance all the girls in a first playthrough, for example), but you have to make sure you finish all the quests. Getting going on them early on is key: for example, the Leanan Sidhe plot takes what, two in-game weeks to complete at minimum? Also the Knock spell / Skeleton Key, where there's mandatory waiting that can block your progress (and where some of the triggers can be easy to miss). And while Nell and Samara may feel like distractions when they first show up, their progression is essential to winning the game.
Personally, on my first playthrough I also lost valuable time because I didn't realize how easy some of the secrets were, with clues you learn before you even have a chance to wonder about the secret, so I never even thought to try at first.

This game is really stupid. I did all quests, maxed all stats (except for charisma since u can't max it if Primrose gets to jail even for 1 day), revealed all secrets. But still got the worst bad end ever: everyone's ded. I see dev wants to make u play the game again at all cost, but nope, 1 time is enough of this shit.
We'll get to see for ourselves with Supermodel whether or not people will clamor for walkthroughs and cheats, I suppose. That game is closer to a traditional VN in its structure than LLtP is and shouldn't require a walkthrough at all.

It is possible in the first playthrough to get max stats, romance all girls, do all quests and get the good ending. Only thing I missed during my first was

One of the key quest of the game is that you avoid that Primerose goes to jail, as well that Evelynn don't run away, or is abused by Thadeus

I think "abused" is the wrong word to use here, as far as I recall, he didn't force her, it was consensual, even though she was kinda overwhelmed by how persuasive he really was.

Yeah maybe, I m not native english speaker, and was out of words, and since Thadeus used his positon to get some sexy times, abuse of social Status, I described it like this, you're right ist is maybe a bit to hard, and it is consensual to some point (she really don't like Thadeus and she does it to get some bonus like money and favors), Belle did an outstanding work in describing Evelynns inner conflict here.

Even if you do all quests, you can still get a bad ending by making wrong choices during the endgame. I won't bother telling you that there is a guide and a checklist to help avoid getting a bad ending, mentioned by me just a few posts upthread from here, since you aren't interested in trying again.
I won't doubt you, but I think it takes a great deal of luck to do so, since without knowing which actions are essential, which stats are needed at each stage of the game, how much you should be working to grind cash and affection, and where some of the "hidden" progress triggers are, the optimal strategy cannot be deduced and players are likely to lose too much time.
The game design itself seems made with the assumption that players will not win on the first time around, what with the whole timeloop device, and since some key elements of the story (like Selena's scheme that brings about the end of the human and fey races) are only communicated in the epilogue after a failure.

This is definitely not a game about grinding. You need 45 coins to max out your magical training and anohter 30 to train your agility the first 3 times. There's another 30-ish coins worth of optional outfits for Belle and an optional sex scene you have to pay for, and that's it. Add another optional 10 if you're playing it in "new game plus" mode. Somewhere around day 30 if not before, you never have to think about money again.
You need to spend time with people for them to like you, but it's hardly grinding - you need to read a ton of books anyway, so doing it with Primrose is NBD. Callie needs you to work for her and see all of her outfits, but you need the money anyway, and seeing each possible outfit is only 4 sessions. Nell only needs you to spend 3 afternoons with her if you don't optimize your choices, less if you do.
Evelyn is the hardest to figure out what needs to happen, but by the time you have spent enough time with her to learn the first clue to her dark secret, she will like you well enough that seducing her after clearing up that secret and its linked inhibition is a snap, assuming you shoo away Thaddeus. If you don't end the thaddeus complication, it is more of a grind.
None of the other beddable characters need you to spend time with them at all.
