Not exactly a bad game, but not good either, Starts off fun but after discovering that the game got insane grind going on, I got way too bored after unlocking the 3rd ending.
It's just a mindless gameplay of: grope her, pause when alert level is high, switch up when she about to reach blue heart (negative effect), rinse and repeat. It's boring and very repetitive.
They're also very lacking in features as well. For example, it's difficult to remove her panties without removing the skirt first since you need to click on the specific area/pixel without any indication at all. You also cannot re-dress her again, nor can you wipe off cum from her body, etc. These are just personal pet peeves though.
Not going to write a full guide since I gave up on finishing this, but hopefully this can answer some common questions.
I'm not 100% positive, but it seems like to progress the game eg: unlock events, tools (tounge,dick), and endings; You'll need to unlock the achievements which is where the grind hell begins where you need to raise every single of her zones with your hands, tounge, and dick.
There's seems to be only 6 sex scenes; standard standing Vaginal (Front), (Back), and standing Anal (Back).

This is IL2CPP so things like that (event the IL2CPP version) often don't work, without someone who knows what they're doing modifying it a bit. Hopefully it'll get translated in a update at some point.

So if you want to unlock more actions
You need to make her cum via the ff:
Petting the head = Unlocks stroking her face
Stroking her thighs = Caressing her pussy
Stroking her hips = Caressing her anus
And so on.
There's a bar on the upper left when you do the action, when the bar is full then she cums on that action. Some actions share the same bar so just be aware

Ok so fear state is just getting blue hearts until you can't touch her. Keep doing it and she'll be in fear.

I am not 100% sure, but I got all of them by just progressing normally, just don't hit the blue hearts.
It's a bit of a grind but in the last state she'll have permanent heart pupils when you touch her.
Also time stop is a bit weird. She won't get any levels and she also doesn't react to anything after you stop the time stop.
I guess you're suppose to use time stop to make her almost cum, and then stop time stop and let her cum so it's easier to trigger deep cum to corner her.
But honestly, invisible is already good enough for it so I'm not sure what's the point unless you like the idea of time stop.
