Yea, but how do you unlock sex scenes? The bottom right options only lead me to losing relations with the women.
This just causes the relations to go down.

Sadly, I've been playing like 30-40 minutes and nothing has happened. My relations keep going down with all the women.
Damn this sucks. The CG is very good. The gameplay looks interesting, but I can't figure it out.

To understand this game it's about conversations. You gather topics and use those when you interact with another.
You can use 3 topics in a conversation.
Every character have their own Personality, or AT, check the phone for more details on that.
Depending on the AT they like or dislike certain Topics.
If they like a topic you get positive result, if they don't like it you get negative.
Getting positive response result in experience with that topic for both you and the person you speak to, improving skills and /or stats related to the topic.
So you have to remember what each person likes to talk about, pretty simple.
And what's you goal with all this? Well you, the MC, can work towards changing the personalities of the other characters, making them more open to certain naughty things with the MC..
When you do change a personality, the topic they like and dislike changed, meaning you need to figure out what topics to collect and use on them now.
That's the challenge, learning how to interact with others.
Each topic informs what it is about, some include many fields of interests. If any of those are on a persons Ban list, you get negative response even if the other ones are on their Like list.
If the topic's fields of interest is neither on Ban or Like list, it's neutral.
A neutral will open up new knowledge if the overall conversation ends positive.
Use the first 2 topics with what is liked, then a neutral, and it ends positive.
If you use neutral first the conversation will start negative, because your talking about something the person knows nothing about or doesn't really interest them.. yet.. get it?
The beginning of this game is slow but it goes faster the more experienced the MC gets.
If you're not into actually playing a game then this one might not be for you, for as the Dev wrote not so long ago:
He makes a game that has porn in it, he doesn't make porn masqueraded as a game.

On a personal note, when you get into how it all works the results are worth it for as you pointed out the renders are amazing!
When you finally get to something new, both the pictures and text is VERY well made!
This is an experienced Dev with attention to detail, once you like his work you will get hooked, no question about it.
However you will have to prepare yourself to spend hours on playing, because it's about developing your character and those he interact with.
Cheating your way into it can break the game, that's a general rule for all games.. mess with the code is like shooting craps unless your an expert.
I find it that the harder I work for something, the more I enjoy and appreciate the result. If it's fast and easy I just don't care so much for it afterwards.
For this game I care a lot, so much I'm starting to find ways to include it in my budget to become a patron.
For example, when my MC got to bang one of the other characters for the first time, I was like.. "OMG I am banging her, I am really banging her!! This is sooo Good!"
Had it been fast an easy I would have been like.. "oh, he had sex, meh.. okay, whats next?"
