A pretty neat game - I like the corruption 'style' that Baal does in this game and Superpowered, and the personality gating system means that you can find and view all the content for each personality type before deciding to move on to the next one (in contrast to Superpowered where you can accidentally increase a stat too quickly and miss tons of content). I think this gating also reduces the number of permutations Baal needs to write and render for the scenes, which is smart and means faster content devolpment.
Suggestions would be:
As others have said, way too many god-damn stats. Many are extremely similar, and there's no reason to have this many other than bars to grind. 10 stats is probably closer to sensible. The million stats just add pointless complexity and confusion
Character location markers. Other games in this 'genre' use little character portraits on the travel icons to indicate where characters are. Not only does this reduce annoyance trying to locate characters when you don't know their schedule, it helps players find scenes that they mightn't be aware of. Other games also sometimes have a reference sheet to character schedules to help you find content. For example, in the current build of the game, I would never have found the older sister drunk scene by myself because watching TV at exactly midnight, on a specific day, with no 'hints' is a ludicrous expectation. Superpowered also suffers from this, where there are very large scenes obscured behind a dozen hoops you may not even know exist
Core game loop needs optimisation. The core loop for these games is moving around the house watching scenes, and doing busy-work to increase stats, which unlock more scenes. Currently even moving around the house is a pain, there are sluggish fades and transitions for moving, actions, and basically everything else. Tons of other QoL annoyances too, like needing to manually go to the computer to equip 'topics', lots of clicks to buy an item that then drops you back in your room, making you click through again to buy another item, etc. Hotkeys, minimizing clicks to preform common actions, and faster transitions would all help improve the speed of the core loop
