how do you increase incivility?
Actions tagged Incivility or Rudeness, generally pranks (researching them or purchasing them from the store).
From my experience it's by far the hardest stat to increase on account how expensive the research is, and how pretty much all the rudeness/incivility topics have secondary tags that either doesn't exist or are exclusively banned.

Worth mentioning that the 'Prank' tag doesn't actually increase Incivility, it increases humor, it's just that a lot of pranks are rude.

Nah; its easy-peasy. Reasearch the rude pranks and burn the topic for xp. ;) You will know whats hard to improve when you try to max out politics.

A pretty neat game - I like the corruption 'style' that Baal does in this game and Superpowered, and the personality gating system means that you can find and view all the content for each personality type before deciding to move on to the next one (in contrast to Superpowered where you can accidentally increase a stat too quickly and miss tons of content). I think this gating also reduces the number of permutations Baal needs to write and render for the scenes, which is smart and means faster content devolpment.

Suggestions would be:
As others have said, way too many god-damn stats. Many are extremely similar, and there's no reason to have this many other than bars to grind. 10 stats is probably closer to sensible. The million stats just add pointless complexity and confusion

Character location markers. Other games in this 'genre' use little character portraits on the travel icons to indicate where characters are. Not only does this reduce annoyance trying to locate characters when you don't know their schedule, it helps players find scenes that they mightn't be aware of. Other games also sometimes have a reference sheet to character schedules to help you find content. For example, in the current build of the game, I would never have found the older sister drunk scene by myself because watching TV at exactly midnight, on a specific day, with no 'hints' is a ludicrous expectation. Superpowered also suffers from this, where there are very large scenes obscured behind a dozen hoops you may not even know exist

Core game loop needs optimisation. The core loop for these games is moving around the house watching scenes, and doing busy-work to increase stats, which unlock more scenes. Currently even moving around the house is a pain, there are sluggish fades and transitions for moving, actions, and basically everything else. Tons of other QoL annoyances too, like needing to manually go to the computer to equip 'topics', lots of clicks to buy an item that then drops you back in your room, making you click through again to buy another item, etc. Hotkeys, minimizing clicks to preform common actions, and faster transitions would all help improve the speed of the core loop

What about Dancing?
As far as i know hacking and disorder not in the game, and however dancing and psychology is implemented there aren't any ways to gain xp on them currently. If there is any way to increase those to please let me know.

i've somehow lost all of my permanent topics. they seem to have been replaced by a useless white square in the transient topic area.

How do you resize the window because it is too tiny to play? I tried reinstalling it which did not help.

Is everything that appears in the online store part of the current content, or just some of them are?

I've read some 8 last forum pages, but saw nothing on the topic and still don't get it. How do I change characters' stats? Diane's charisma seems to appear at 15% out of the blue and I can't increase it with "charm" or any other talk. So, how do I actually do this so that it works or might work if there's a chance not to?

Each skill interaction is an Interest, a Ban or Neutral (I, B, N)

Many conversation options have two skills.
If there's an Interest the whole conversation counts as an interest, even if the second is a Ban.
If there's a Ban and a Neutral it counts as a Ban.

To get skills you need to have a conversation with at least two Interest and no Bans.

She will then get skills for all the conversation options you put in.

Only skills with 15 or more points in them are listed on the character sheet (but the lower ones are still tracked internally).

Does that make more sense?

(They can also get skills from other interactions, like catching you watching porn, taking photos, etc.)

Oh, that...

It does now, thanks!

I managed to figure out some things on my own, but not the way to get stats systematically.

Added: so I can't get stats on topics that are banned, right? Or I can, but it should be gradual over one or more personality change?

Technically you can get stats on banned stats, if it's a Banned/Interest mix topic. But this is just an exploit that Baal will eventually close.

Bans change a little between archetypes, so while Becky might be pretty cold to the naughty stuff now as Younger Sister... eight steps down the track when she's Free Use Cheerleader she could have very different preferences.

The priority goes like this:
Interest > Banned > Neutral.
If the topic has something interesting for the character she is going to like the topic, doesn't matter if the rest of it is banned or neutral.

Banned(that aren't interesting) topics wont even get used, but they ruin the entire conversation.

For experience to be gained in a conversation the relationship-shift needs to be positive.
Some base rules for this is that 1 interesting topic on its own is going to be positive, but 1 interesting and 1 neutral wont be positive (think base change for interesting is +3 and neutral -4 but honestly that's just speculation), this also means that 2 interesting and 1 neutral will work.
However, this is where the weird part enters, some skills you gain changes the amount of relationship that NPCs get from certain topics, which can in turn make certain topics a lot stronger for gaining relationship, which in turn lets you snug i more neutral topics. There are also some topics, generally ones with 3 or more tags that can provide a lot more than the base value of relationship points, so from my understanding you can use them to force a lot of neutral topics through.

How do I make the Mom the Immediagram Mother archetype? It says I need 80 Relationship and the Ephone... I have the Ephone. Even tried discarding it and rebuying it. I can't add it to the hotbar, so... What do I do with it to equip it, or whatever I need to do? I feel like I'm missing something hella obvious...
