On top of the death animations being changed, the insemination animation and these have to be changed too.
Ideas for the remaining 2 stages:

On top of fighting Zombots, you also have to keep doctor Akari from being infected. Once her vagina meter is full, then she will turn into a zombot too and you'll have to fight her. If you beat the boss and protected Akari, she will develop a cure not only for the Metal Virus and turn every civilian back to normal before packing her stuff and heading to Delta Labs with you while Starline decides to search for Eggman. If you fail, Starline will use the warp topaz to keep Dr. Akari and every zombot in a prison cell aboard the Faceship until he can create a cure for the metal virus and offers to help develop the cure for the love pheremones so he can get back to helping Eggman rule the world. Either way, Starline will open a portal to Delta Labs and that leads to stage 8, the final stage. The hidden emerald is in Honey the cat's pussy.
