Enemies do more damage to the Player then. In real life, you're genitals are more sensitive when you're pregnant. Unlike the usual four rape scenes, it only takes two this time to lose a life.

but the warning animations are canceled in evil mode,so we don't have warning animation to evade the rape,that's make the evil mode more hard to complete.
Maybe replace the warning with the enemies squeezing the player's boobs as it drips milk.

the news sprites of the plant boss from it are cool too,i like when the characters going like a bulge inside of the plant to get underground and probably ended inside of that big bulb of the background,the ones from mykiio,what we got for now in our version don't have that intro,it's looks like the plant having fun with us inside is mouth while the mykiio ones going completely inside of it to the seed,there are more of this from mykiio so if someone can replace the sprites with this but... yes,depend if the setting of the modification accept the new sprites.

Regarding the whole pregnancy mod that people are talking about, would that also include mpreg for tails?
hope not. He's a boy so logically it wouldn't work. Maybe all the female enemies in his playthrough are pregnant instead of him or maybe just give him a constantly erect penis.
Men don't produce the appropriate hormones. Men don't have ovaries and thus don't produce eggs. Men don't have wombs.
Honestly, I feel as though giving him a gender-halfchange(Since it is both) still makes the most sense, considering the alternative is just a lot more bizarre and biologically impossible compared to it.
