When you use the phone app (in game cheats) it should not happen. When you set or remove flags by other means, it easily can happen. Also there seem to be a few bugs, so sometimes stories may get stuck regardless of cheating.
I don't cheat, this is second play. In first time i can trigger event Minami will wait outside the studio, maybe siscon full 100% will stop me trigger.
None of the new "meet Minami" at locations work for me. Are these meant to be older events? Currently on v21.7.2a
