Depends what you mean by that. You can only select the scenes at the agency once, but once you have the results you should be able to watch them multiple times on the computer.
Hello. Not sure what is going on but I can't seem to see any of the new updates. None of the new goals fo Fionna or Lydia isn't there and no matter how hard I try I can't go the Jen lunch/dinner new thing. Maybe there aren't really goal and just random things. Maybe because I was using an old save at the time. Here is the save file.

Gives a bunch of cheats that you can use to get stat increases and some help in certain content like the party or Fiona's webcam shows.
You need to do the Fiona intro, which is appearing in your room. I can only assume you haven't updated to R11 if that's not appearing since it's working fine on your save. Make sure the version on the left side bar says R11. If it does say that and you still can't get the intro, I'd suggest you redownload the latest version and go from there. The new Jen event is locked behind this intro as well.
Lydia on the otherhand, you haven't progressed far enough down the modelling career yet. You still need to get her daily reports (in her room, when you can hangout).
Proceed down the modelling path until you get a message asking you to go to the agency (you'll get a couple of these).
Think I found an issue. Cannot rogress past Jen's lewd quest,

I think I found a bug. Its about 2nd lvl of lewd "get her naked".
If you buy the towel, but at the beginning you started as the company man then hire your mother as assistant, its seems the script when Jen is coming out from bathroom with the short towel, didnt appear.
I mean, its pretty hard for me to replicate it, but I spent 30 days to try to have the event with the short towel but I cant found it. So I was stuck with 2nd lvl of lewd and cant go throw...
Maybe I was just unlucky during this 30 days, I dont know how often the event with the short towel appears.
ANd YES, I bought the towel and yes I had 600 lewd points. The event just not appeared when mother is hire as assistant I guess.

There are 2 inital scenes with the short towel before you reach 600 points and then another 2 after but witnessing the repeatable bathroom scenes isn't a prerequisite for the main quest it just needs to have been purchased from the shop and the level-up event takes place in your bedroom like all of them so you may have just been looking in the wrong room.
If you want to have a fiddle to be sure the bathroom scenes appear every day at 8:40am guaranteed whether she is working for you or at the diner and the 600 point level-up event is available when you have the items listed below:
When in doubt always use the computer in your room to check your progress.
Tested and seems to be working. Make sure you have enough lewd points then sleep, it should appear in the morning. If not, post your save file for me (save menu -> save to disk) and I'll be able to take a proper look for you.
If you can post your save file for me (save menu -> save to disk) I can investigate further but having looked at the code I don't see how to replicate what you are describing. The short towel events not appearing I could envision but it having anything to do with the assistant job is unlikely. The events themselves are only relevant at the very first stage, so they won't appear once you've levelled up her lewd level.

You need to finger/go down on her a couple times. The options are available while watching tv or when having fun in her room at night (10pm -> have some fun)

If you're looking for her to start cheating on the MC that ain't likely to happen. I've got a lot of content to tackle over the rest of the year so really it's just a matter of when in terms of her getting more other stuff. When I do the club for example I'll make sure she gets some more content.

Are you thinking of the daily task where you can have her flirt with a neighbour? If so, once you get her to a certain lewd level you have breakfast in the morning and can choose it there.
