Thanks, the process gets stuck for me, it runs at first and then goes to a "unloading patch engine" message but it never does anything after that. It's been running for hours.

My test computer is 6 years old laptop and the whole process took less than 10 minutes.It takes time because many patch engines use memory and multiple write operations in one time.I also waited aorund 7-8 minutes on that screen.I recommend that leave your computer idle while applying the patch.The patcher is updating almost 6 GB of files.That's why it takes some time.Maybe I should just post updates for bug fixes. As the size of the game is getting bigger, the problems that come with it are increasing and also the update time is also getting longer

Make sure you're not "skipping" anything. You have to hit "continue" when you enter the shower.

Well if hundreds of users try to get the file at the same time (like when an update is published) from a single host, things tend to go pretty slowly.
The way torrents work, users that got the file also share it for other users which effectively distributes the bandwidth load.
Yesterdays I got the 8Gb in a matter of minutes while DLing it from the file hosts would have taken hours.
