I'm for myself find this game very interesting line, but i kind disappoint for a game classified as "completed" with so many events with do not trigger, with force the player use cheat-sheet for progress in the game history. But anyway thanks for the share with us.

Make sure you catch your sister on Sunday at 12 with the Boss giving a BJ. Watch that then after that go to her room at 23:00
When you're in her room do all the actions everytime you are there until you will see a yellow circle appear on her mouth.
If the boss is in the room, don't talk to him just leave the room then enter again untill he is gone then click on annie again.

You just need to start the game again then you can edit save file in streaming assets/save folder under<money>99999999</money>
you can solve bug by changing value to 1 in save file
