The game is a bit confusing regarding the car keys :
- MC needs to date Zari on Friday and have the event where they sit together in the car to unlock the key option.
- To use the keys on a specific Friday, mc has to ask Zari in the morning to spend time with her and then choose the keys instead.

The keys are not an item ... they just unlock a dialog option when doing the evening event with Chris and Jessica allowing the mc to drive Jess home in the car ... so ask for the keys and then play the evening event focusing on Jess (= pissing off Chris) ...
Note : Every Friday you want to give Jess a ride, you have to ask Zari again for the keys ... the keys are only valid for that day.

The photo of Annie and Bill is also just a dialog option ... no special camera needed since mobile phones have a built-in camera ... you cannot miss it ... it will be there if you follow the story. Just be sure to check on Bill and Annie every Sunday at 12:00. It takes several weeks to progress ...

How to enable these tasks?
- Ask Jess to persuade Chris to meat Cheng in Real gentlemen event.
- Persuade Chris to meet Cheng in House party event.

2 Friday nights spent with Jess and Chris.

Each Friday you can talk to Chris at 19:00 so that she invites Jess.

You need a certain sympathy value with Jess to go further when on a date with her ... This will unlock the option to have Jess talk with Chris about Cheng in the following week.

Truth or Dare is nice ... there are some special events if you have the vibrator and choose the right questions for Chris and Jess. Some question-answer combinations however may cost you a lot of relationship with the girls, so you better first complete the Jess date and then play around with Truth or Dare since Jess relationship afterwards is no longer important.

This game was such a waste of potential of the female characters and models, in the hands of a better dev/writer it could've been much more fleshed out with a story that actually worked in an "open world".

The only game I tried for hours but got angry, unfortunately, I won't continue. You did a job, but you did it hard, at least it would have been better if you made the players' job easier, I'm shelving it, I hope your other game is better than this.

TBH, after getting to know the characters a little you're better off just downloading the CG rip or ripping it yourself with Asset Studio.
