So in order to talk to Bill about Anna, I need to set the value to 3
<eventMain>3</eventMain> ?????????
There is the general question why were you able to progress to current point bypassing the Annie story? Do you use a modded game version or did you edit your savegame?
For example my relationship/sympathie values were maxed at 1000.
Save Games are located in folder "...\StreamingAssets\Save".
First step would be to check the actual value of eventMain in your current save game.
Next step would be to make a backup of your save game folder or use one or more of the 20 save slots for backups.
Next step would be to experiment with the value of eventMain ...
Some dialogs appear only at certain times and locations. You can fast forward time by clicking on the time display.

Now you can go on a date with Jessica.To do that you need to make the right choises during the night party, when it ends you can go on date.
The game is a bit confusing regarding the car keys :
- MC needs to date Zari on Friday and have the event where they sit together in the car to unlock the key option.
- To use the keys on a specific Friday, mc has to ask Zari in the morning to spend time with her and then choose the keys instead.

The keys are not an item ... they just unlock a dialog option when doing the evening event with Chris and Jessica allowing the mc to drive Jess home in the car ... so ask for the keys and then play the evening event focusing on Jess (= pissing off Chris) ...
Note : Every Friday you want to give Jess a ride, you have to ask Zari again for the keys ... the keys are only valid for that day.
The photo of Annie and Bill is also just a dialog option ... no special camera needed since mobile phones have a built-in camera ... you cannot miss it ... it will be there if you follow the story. Just be sure to check on Bill and Annie every Sunday at 12:00. It takes several weeks to progress ...
