I dislike non-consensual sex. But these scenes are also bad writing. Bill is a psycho and the mc walks around in his house, fucks and violates Bill's precious girls. That is stupid. There could be hidden cameras everywhere ...
When mc rapes drunk Elena, Bill is supposed to come back in a few hours. Good luck explaining why Elena sleeping in Bill's bed has a sore butthole leaking mc's cum ... and good luck trying to clean her ass when she is too drunk to move to the bathroom ...

To all those who cannot get the Katerina morning visit to trigger
The procedure based on EventMain variable should be
23: Talk to Bill, He tells Christina does not want to date with Chang anymore (She was dating him on Sundays at 2pm before)
24: You are suppose to talk to Christina "About Bill". You mention how you convinced Bill to allow you to take Christina to meet Katerina. This appears to be bugged I couldn't trigger the next event no matter how many days I spent sleeping and waking up at 8am.
This is how I fixed
1. Edit the save file and change the '<eventMain>XX<eventMain>' to '<eventMain>23<eventMain>' (## should be 24)
2. Load the save
3. DO NOT TALK WITH CHRISTINA, just sleep and wake up at 8am and the event will trigger.

Hope this helps

I ran into the same problem. eventMain stuck at value 24 and the Katerina event did not trigger. Had to set it manually to 23 in the save file to continue.

(It takes like 8 weeks to complete it and until then it locks further progress ...)

You need 60 Programming Skill for doing "Application" jobs which is a requirement to get the "new" illegal job.

Did it in the first place. I do complex tasks (60) in 2 hours. I receive 1000 dollars and a new task. Already made capital. There is nowhere to spend.

Next step I would do then :
Save the game, open the save file with a text editor and check all quest progression variables using the Cheat Sheet (pdf) linked in the OP.

The option appears automatically once you have helped Annie ...
- talk to her
- buy books and give them to her
- buy a dildo and some porn magazines and place them in her room (optional)
- talk to Asher in the garage to travel to city to get maid uniform for Annie (might be before (?) or after (?) talking with Bill)

Once Annie arrived at the villa she is living in the right room next to the garage. You get there from mc's room by clicking on the garden and then select the location with the 2 doors.

The hacking job is only available after Annie arrived and after Bill and mc talked with Chen. I only had to do it twice to progress the story further ...

Did you change the value of eventMain in the save file? According to your screenshots you can do hacking jobs and so are at stage 13 or higher, however the Annie events happen earlier ... Maybe just reset the eventMain to a lower number to play these scenes until Annie is settled in properly?
