It has to do with your wine video driver in crossover, try using a different version of windoze or change drivers.
Bootcamp works better or even virtual pc.

compress version plz

Well, it CAN be extracted compressed and recompiled. However that's a heck of a lot of hassle...But i have crunched version of "Big Brother" game its on Unity mate
I suggest you ask the dev to do it himself...
