You have to meet Christina in her room while she is studying on bed at 23:00 first - go through the scene and attempt anal; then you will get the choice. Choose "Talk" (small speech balloon by her head) when you see Elena on the balcony sunbathing.
Seriously!! How can a game nearly be as big as 10 GB ?? Are there no patch from a earlier version to upgrade with?

Do you actually want to see the scene or just want to get through the step? If you actually want to see the scene, you have to keep coming back weeks after weeks until it happens. If you just want to get through the steps, check my cheat sheet and edit your save accordingly.

Having problems with my game.
When I chat to Elena I get five choices for a photoshoot, discuss relationship, about Christina and about Annie's photo.
I've completed the photoshoots but it is not registering as completed, when I ask about Christina, I'm told to meet at 2 on the balcony but I don't get the talk option.
Whole thing seems to be caught in a loop with task completion not registering

Aparently Elena it's not maried with Bill from the dialogue between Chris and Mark in his room.. so Elena is not her mother or step mother (sneaky move for patreon policy.)
I don't think he or they (Elena and Mark) will be able to corrupt Chris that much to have sex before mariage.
I don't know what say about the final ending, if Mark will have to choose to stay with Elena or Chris or both... it will be kinda odd to stay with both..

So.. the next additional scenes on the balcony event probably will be with Elena and Chris, a lesbian one.. and maybe, but I don't think so, a new proper 3some with a vaginal sex with Elena and Anal with Chris.

The talk option is hard to notice at first especially on smaller resolutions. It is a small speech balloon near Elena's head. For some reason the dev switched from the earlier yellow circles to these speech balloon icons in this update.
