Haven't played the game for some time, lost it after finishing V13 due to a HDD crash.
If one of you guys has a save from the ending of V13, would be nice.

Or just edit save according to my cheat sheet (link in OP). It's a relatively safe way to get what you want since I explained as much as I could about the variables.

Doesn't work. It takes you to a page that says too lewd to continue and file is too old so its removed.

same issue with upload haven.
NOPY starts download but gets terminated automatically
