An ending where you wake up from the coma and everything is solved with the power of love?

What?

To make this clear, the protagonist woke up from the coma before the beginning, in fact, it is when he wakes up from the coma that the player takes control of his body.

That would be too weak an ending, it wouldn't make sense to go through the whole story for that, it's not even close to the conclusion of LP (None of the endings).

Honestly, I can't imagine how frustrating it is to hear garbage like that. Specially in the context of this site, where 80% of games aren't even trying to come up with something different than "dude returns home after a long time away, bangs his whole family". And the people expecting that, just get mad for having to actually read something to get invested...

For what it's worth, I've played way more games than I care to admit on this site, and LP easily ranks among the best. Keep doing what you're doing Stawer, it's great stuff

Yea, I am with you. that guy is talking nonsense.

although he was actually saying that you can predict a terrible badly written ending like an alice in wander style <wake up from coma>. rather than literally saying that this is the ending.

Which... is rather baseless of him to just make that assumption.
The actual writing for this story is fantastic.

Maybe he thinks that the part where MC woke up from the coma is actually a dream, and MC is still in a coma? but he has absolutely nothing to base that on.

I'm usually the silent, lurker kind of user in this forum but I must say Stawer , this game was one of the first I've downloaded from here, and it still delivers... The story is really nice, the girls are beautiful and not just "fuckdolls" and even the little additions, like the Shizuka's potion event, are funny as hell.
I tip my hat to you and I'll definetly back you up on patreon when I'll have the chance!

I have a theory that some people who play games, watch series or movies, or consume anything for entertainment sometimes are predisposed to hate it.

Because they assume many things that in reality don't happen, and they say them as if it was an absolute truth (And not only with Lucky Paradox, I've seen it with other games too).

I mean, it's ok to hate the game, but at least with constructive criticism I can make improvements hahaha

i mean...those same people play games where MC just fucks his way to happiness and harems and still give 5stars reviews for basically a porn TV-series that continues as they keep clicking XD

Then they see LP or other games with a plot that is thought through and they whine like babies.

i dig this game but i cant help but feel the mc is sometimes too hypocritical and a danger for yui and prim cause of his apparent gambling addiction and his thoughts of his way or no way. is that something that'll be addressed forward in the game or will he always be like that? not that ill stop playing the game just wanna know for a possible future refrence Stawer

I mean I see what you mean for yui and Prim though Yui is pretty strong in her own right being the Black Dragon. Prim does mention about his gambling a few times in her story so it has come up. Though he's essentially grown up knowing gambling from Oscar, and as to if he will change? Idk XD Each of the main characters are different so as to how he feels about it could change for example with Prim where she is more direct and asks him if he will change his habits, where like Maxy isn't concerned as much.

Actually, that will only depend on the routes you choose, still there are some thoughts of "Lucky" in the MC but you'll have to decide what to do with everything.

The protagonist has a very defined personality at the beginning (I know it may be wrong, because it's harder to empathize with him), but this is diluted as the story progresses (For story reasons but would be big spoilers), until at the end something happens (These would be even bigger spoilers because I have not yet adapted that part of the story to the game).

There is a subtle reference to this, as at the beginning most girls call you Lucky, but as the story progresses, they call you by your name more and more. You could say that Lucky is "dying" and the player takes control of that empty shell.

tl;dr: yes
