If its tagged then people that do not like it can go to a different game. But when it is not tagged players that do not like it spend a bunch of time playing it then out of no where a forced choice comes in and no matter what you can not avoid it that is a problem to non ntr players.

Dude, there is literally no NTR in this game. You had to reach into the script to take a short passage out of context to claim it is. And you have to contort the story, while admitting that your real issue is with how the dev is writing the story, than with any actual NTR in the game.
People who like NTR are generally tolerant and open-minded about kinks. You rarely see the pro-NTR guys going around complaining about fetishes, or demanding tags. It's the anti-NTR guys who always want things tagged, and like your signature wear their disdain for other people's kinks proudly.
