Follow the instructions of number 1 in the mod post, download "zzzpatch_v2.zip" and replace the word "playername" in the .rpy file, you'll have to rename it 4 times to whatever name you want. This will work on any (future) version if done correctly, I can confirm as I've used it before. And if you don't want Incest with the name change mod, find "persistent.patch_installed = True" in the .rpy file and replace "True" with "False". Fairly easy to do.

Yep, it seems that the dev forgot to change the main screen.
It is indeed version 27 since the file v0.27.rpy is present.

It's a renpy script file (rpy) - just unzip it and put it in the game folder. ~/Lukeswayxxxx/game/
