By temporarily, I mean you will only ever see her from now on. Story wise, it's temporary so she has to keep taking the cure (which has a fun side effect), but gameplay wise, she's now female for good.Temporary?

Hmmm maybe? I don't know, not tested it out myself. Try taking the patch out and seeing if that fixes it.

Strange, although they are dependent on characters being at certain story points, so maybe you hadn't hit those points yet?
