Regarding of endings, is there any complete list or a guide for them? Searched the threat although there are some ending explanations none of them gives full list.

The current story line has been wrapped so it does seem complete...

List? yes. Guide? Unfortunately, no. But be warned: Dark Queen is the most fleshed out ending with most of content, the rest of them is not even close. Even still the dark queen path ends rather abruptly. Felt like a lot of story left to tell there as well.
It's the default ending. The sequel, Diatima's isekai continues the story 20 years after the dark queen ending

10 is on the hero route, Luna must have had sex with Niko in ch 2
11 is actually on the badass route. Just after defeating Tony and the Family when the Shaman ambushes her. The dev later on added the option to lose against the Shaman

Could second ending would be "running away" path in hero ending? Because there is an ending path for that yet to implemented.
Yes, Diatima is the sequel, though Luna will have a part in it. It involves the Company and Luna is like the head of a cult - religion or something
Ending 3: so I played Luna totally straight, only sex she had in the whole game was with Niko, pushing Emma away at every single instance, and in the end she's suddenly letting Emma get down & dirty with her? Does not seem to make any sense - there should at least have been an option to choose which way to go.
The game did give me the option to choose between Emma and Niko at the end, but I have no clue what the conditions are.
Actually, I think this has may have something to do with Madame. Because I played another run and asked for Vinnie's help to get into the Meeting, and at the end, the game didn't ask anything and Luna ended with Emma by default. So, maybe, you need to make Madame and Niko reconcile in order to get Niko ending?
