Yeah it's suspicious and this is the longest lack of communication we gotten from the dev. It's ashamed because I really like this game and want to see it finish. I might soon cancel my patron subscription or less he comes back before I do. He might come back eventually but he sure has a lot explaining to do. Lol. He might be dealing some personal stuff that might be why the lack of communication from him. Who knows.

Or maybe it's like with previous game. He will abandon this one, and do the same game, but with another gamedesign and all that stuff. Looks like that, cause he remade L&P too many times lately
That would be a shame, since v0.41 is much better than 0.37 in everything except the cut content...

No the 041 has bugs as well, and pound for pound more bugs than the 037. For instance in the 041 the dialog might display twice the same sentence, one for the landlady as Emma and one for the same landlady as Mom. Or it can display two opposite sentences "I am very happy that we have you at home" and as the same time 'I am very unhappy that we have you at home", depending on the love/fear percentages.

Nice to have an update. But as it's mainly restoring old content, I feel it's back to waiting for a few more updates, and maybe new content then.

The worst thing is that it works. He still makes 2400 a month doing nothing. There really are cash cows. (I might do the same thingthis guy is a genious scammer, first he deleted all content from the game just to have next months updates just restoring the old content and getting paid for doing nothing lol

It also seems he had some problems with Covid. Maybe Dark Lord Nova can expand on that.

I stopped even looking at this game over a year ago. It's clear to me that this dev is just milking the shit outa this and will never finish it. It's been at least what 2 years sense this came out? and there is almost NO progress in it at all.
Wonder if he will "restore" the money to his Patrons.
Or "remake" it up to them.

Well someone beat me to the punch for the new update. I knew it he was coming back! No he's not a scammer. I swear some of you sure love to exaggerate and make a lot of assumptions about the developer. Lol. He's restoring the game with new content. I just figured out what has been going on with him for awhile. Just because we were getting the lack of communication from the dev plus you can always cancel your patron from him whenever you want but doesn't mean he scamming us. This actually the first time he have restored the game that I'm aware of and I've been following the development of this game a very long time. The reason of the lack of communication from the dev is because he has been dealing personal/health issues and I was right. He has been suffering the worst case of Covid. I figured that something was going on with him. I'm glad that he's doing better. I had Covid myself at the first week of January but recovered from it after 4 days. Lucky I got both of the vaccines and now the booster. I just had the mild version of it thank god! It's no joke. I sympathize the dev. I always have faith in him that he will delivered despite his lack of communication and updates. I don't give up that easy. Lol. I will provide you guys his update post.
