I must admit that when I first learned about Lust Campus and saw the art along with Eva Kiss's recommendation, I was really optimistic. But after this update, it's clear to me that Lust Campus is only a mediocre VN. Sure, the art quality is high but it doesn't really matter because the images are very few. The recent update felt incredibly short, especially if we take into account development time and large amounts of money that Red Lolly gains every month from Patreon. I would expect this pace from a well-advanced game that has many different plotlines, characters, and large amount of art. But Lust Campus is still in its early phase. The writing is good, but not excellent. Some of the choices are unnecessary or insignificant. The plot is linear and designed to feel like it gives you much control (only it doesn't). Characters are extremely cliche, even for eroge standard. Maybe if the expectations for this game were low, it'd seem better. But with high expectations Lust Campus simply feels bland, as it cannot compete with many solid VNs, let alone ones like Our Red String.

Also, it's ridiculous how some of the people here try to be morally upright and condemn piracy. This is a community created around pirating porn games. Please don't try to start ethical discussions here. The developer seems really silly for reacting so strongly against piracy. If not for sites like this, her game wouldn't gain half of the popularity it has right now.

well.. the art is fantastic.. But the content is still lackluster and the characters are beyond boring and annoyin for now...

lets wait like 4 updates.. its still not worth it as it is now

but honestly.. imm not very optimiistic.. i think this will be one of this games with great visuals, terrible characters, bad story, and disapointing sex scenes...

we will see again after 3 or 4 updates.. but as for now, my hype is 100% dead.

Hi guys!
I have finally managed to launch the Android version.
Also fixed some bugs in the Mac and PC versions, so I update the links here.
By the way, we have added the option to delete games with a button in the form of a small trash can to make it more comfortable for you.
The option to rewatch the scenes will be available in the beta.
I hope you like the chapter.❤

See u soon in another post!

There are 2D games with mediocre art making more money than LC and they update 1 or 2 times every year.
Great art like the one in this game takes time.

Maybe, but the updates are so small and simple that it seems almost pathetic. Great art is useless if its amount is too small. I would prefer a bit worse (but still OK) art with better plot and characters. We don't discuss individual artists and their illustrations but games. The most important thing in a VN is the overall product (art+plot+characters+gameplay). If it's weak, art quality doesn't have much meaning.

If you want more quantity then you wait for the finished game

Well, i have a mix of opinions about this game.

While the art is amazing, the story is hard to catch me.

The oriental girl is unbearable. So badly written, so "gliché" And some decisions that are imposed on Alice are childish and stupid, even naive i guess. I understand that she is still a young girl and has a lot to learn and live but does she need to be so dumb like that?

I'm interested in Alice's goals, especially those involving dads projects, but the rest is hard. The sex scene with the landlord was, Jesus, so poorly written, poorly constructed!

There is potential to be great but...honestly its still far away!

New update wasn't too bad, though not a fan of forced sex (no matter what option I chose, it ends up with sex with Marco). Didn't like that, as I was hoping we would get to choose who to sleep with, not be forced into it.

Though I was confused about the text message from Tom, as I have avoided him completely, yet it acts like Alice and him are an item and they had sex in the closet(?) when that never happened (in my game at least). But I'm assuming that is just cause it is in an alpha stage at the moment, so it is buggy. Hopefully that gets fixed in the final release.

Update was all around decent at least (except for the forced Marco thing). Even got some time with Bonnie which was cool, and playing her was neat as well. Hope for more things like that in the future (other perspectives). Can't wait for the final version of this chapter to get those little bugs ironed out.

Regarding "piracy" issue, I think the only scenario where it is valid is if creators asked patrons not to share because of possible bugs, in a sense to avoid bad marketing like - "please don't share, people might get wrong idea how this game is buggy as hell. You guys are in the know about the game, so that's not a problem with you".

Even though it is flimsy excuse, it would make some sense. Other than that, I really don't see a problem with sharing. Patrons are not paying customers, they are patrons. They willfully give money to developers they like, and way more money than a similar product would cost a paying customer.

Regarding Chapter 3 itself, I have to agree with a user who said that it is becoming clear that this game is very much below Eva Kiss' work. Artwork is great, but everything else is rather average. Characters somehow seem more boring the more they develop.

It's still an okay game and worth giving it a shot if you like female protagonists, and as mentioned, artwork is top notch.
