Just wondering what one needs to do to generate a CG rip from the RPGM engine based games ?

If the game is one big .exe file, you need to unpack it with this.

If the images are encrypted, ie with extensions like .rpgm***, you need to decrypt them with this.

you should get the 4th heart during this update while sex scene between Val and Amanda. If you got this heart and still have just 3 you missed one before - no clue where this could be
