It's almost the newest version. It's the slightly bugged version that was available shortly on the 24th but was quickly replaced with a bug fix... But the bug fixed version remains unuploaded.

This happened to me once. I reloaded the game and first went into ambers room to talk with her. Then went to spike the mouth wash and it did not freeze that time.

No it's not an RPG, it does use the same engine but aside from running around it's basically a VN.
It is the same person as that comic yes, although it's a different character, the girl from that comic isn't in here.

Guys, I think I might have solved the mystery of "behind the south wall cabinets".
You need to click on 6 switches: 2 switches at West Top Tower and 4 switches at East Top Tower. (There are 'click' sounds when you click on the switches.)
Then a hidden heart container will appear at East Top Tower.
I have uploaded picture guides for easier reference.

you need you have the camera do you got it? and also when amanda gets out the shower val will come out in lingeries

you talk to her then go out of the the rooms and renter it will trigger a scene with you getting picks of valerie

The hints say, "You have the photos, now go talk to andy" I did the shower scene.

Now if I try to enter it says Amber is cleaning up.

UPDATE" Walk near the cabinet to thr right of the bathroom, find security key, triggers Val.
