Try looking out front in the parking lot.

When ever i go to the rooftop.. The mc doesn't anyone.. He just say" its dangerous" and comes back to the room..
But in the walkthrough its said that he will call the cops when he gets to rooftop..
Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

I'd really like to... the game is 100% completable in my engine but there's a ton of visual problems, including in the animations.
Hopefully someday I'll find some time to sort that out and release it.
