Where is katherines 3rd and 4th page? everywhere i look it says its in a location ive been but i dont have the pages and nothing is there. did the location change in an update or is my game bugged?

If I remember, you basically dismantle the music player immediately. Maybe you accidentally did that and got the wires from it. You could check and see what the crystal ball says.
