If you have a hybrid graphics in your machine and you somehow encounter any graphical error like blackscreen or videos not playing, try changing the setting for "lust is strange.exe" via Start -> Graphics Setting option. I changed mine to power saving mode and it's fixed my graphic problems.

Not up to the latest version. You still have to wait. Until the final version of the game comes out. Maybe someone will translate what they did previously.
Even just spaces (or long paths?) can break it.
The problem is that a few files are looked up from root\StreamingAssets\... rather than root\Lust is Stranger_Data\StreamingAssets\...

I don't think that I've ever seen a non-AICG game that wasn't animated in flash have animation this strange, but I guess that just makes it live up to the title.
