I can confirm this for at least the Mac version of the game, I haven't tested the Windows version. If you don't block the permission the game can track your keyboard input, for example when you enter credit card information in your browser or log in credentials, etc.
I deleted the game when I got the warning so I don't know if it actually sends the collected data to any server.
I have run it in different antivirus version. Can you tell me which one you used?
Did run virustotal on the exe. Two antivirus find something. I wonder if this is a false positive.

I didn't run it through an antivirus program. My OS warned me that the game tries to log the keyboard input systemwide across all apps. You probably only get this warning when you've got MacOS Catalina installed because Apple introduced a stricter permission policy there. You can simply deny the permission and the game won't be able to spy on you anymore. But I completely lost trust in the dev and just deleted it. I didn't have a strong urge to play this game, I just wanted to try it out. But having potential spyware on my computer isn't worth it.
It can be badly coded unity also. So long it doesnt install a service thats still keeps logging keystrokes when the game is turned off.

Yes, that was my thought as well. But it just wasn't worth it for me to dig into it and find out if the dev implemented the keylogger intentionally or by accident because of bad coding skills. Like I said, I just wanted to try the game out and being confronted with potential spyware right at the start was enough for me to delete it again and forget about it.
Yep, that's the case on Windows but on MacOS apps still keep running in the background by default even if you close the window. I can't remember if the game uses the default behavior or if it terminates itself on the window close event.

sad but thanks, i not like people that let weeks wait and then not even want to answer , game is so linair, you cant even replay game, because al is same, looks we can beter wait wen game is ever final, than wait weeks and weeks and know there is no need to ask because you will not get a answer............... how he want get members, if i was intrest......... if i was member, i even leave some games updat every week or twice at month, here you get nothing at al, sad, but yeah, he not even give a date, wait ........ and wait and wait and you will see crap.............. wonders he have still members there shall be a great update in place for keep my intrest, ........ see here much people be pissed of for this game because you have no possible way to save both , i think he can be happy if there a some members left, if update is crap, i wait till game is complete, i go not wait ever month for weeks, ......... for a creep that not even want to answer after weeks wen there will be a update, even i "dont know yet is a good answer
