Do you have her computer password already? First thing you need to do is get her password by searching the desk (and maybe clicking the PC on the desk?). If you got her password, you then start blackmailing her at home by sending her e-mails. Then you buy a webcam and then it's bugged, so not much point anyway, I guess

If I remember correctly, you need to talk to mom to unlock the school. Once you can go to the school, then it is one of the options to visit.
