Yeah it's a modified save, No idea by how much, as other relationships seems fine, and I can't recall where n why I got it.
I don't know you can just edit hearts when there shouldn't be any, as heart seems tied to event trigger.
In the save MC is a top hero, but can do all slutty things, just NPCs won't comment you as a slut - No idea if it's possible as I never did a top hero playthrough. And I tried to use those Dominant potions on slut MC, but it doesn't change anything.

Like examples of what the stats are called or what I edited them to? Cause I provided numbers in the message you quoted. =o
As for cookies, they're great until you realize you want to be invincible with 600 on almost all stats and that means A LOT of clicking for each stat. Easier to edit at that point. I've edited stats and items using save edit since the start (cause I'm lazy and just wanna look at porn not grind) and never had issues

I think it all depends on what happened with Tank/Scar during camp infiltration and bitch fame tbh

I did a hero playthrough of the game back when the werewolf arc launched and you could do all the slutty things a slutty MC can do but no one will call you out for it. As for hearts, you can add them with save edit but it can mess up your save if ur not careful. Tank as far as I know has no hearts. I have a save for every Tank outcome for both Hero and Slut playthroughs and you can't do anything that far with him unless I'm missing some kind of key event scene =o

As we're talking stat editing, I'd just suggest what others did and use stat cookies. It's what I did: Use cookies till all stats are 100 (when naked), give yourself 100 of EVERY consumable (it'll come in handy for the Country Road quest, cos fuck that sudden need for shit I never cared to make), and then just use lust potions if you wanna get people randy but not instantly KO them from a boner.

Works pretty well for me. I mean, I have clawed my way up to victory from nothing before, it's possible if a bastard, but using the cheats helped speed things along and get me that booty in recent versions. Plus, no screwing around with save editors (well, other than making Logan love me cos I missed his first heart originally).

It's been male/female for about a year, I think. When I first found it it had women as an option to play as.

Just did it myself. You only get a boring masturbation scene during Logan's 2nd heart event if you decide to ruin your relationship with him :rolleyes:, plus he just doesn't say anything in lieu of all those call out a slutty MC get.
On top of you basically get the same contents whether you are a hero or a slut, there's really not many reason to do a hero play through, unless you are so incline to role-play. :(

The fact Tank's face (in relationship book) changes with hearts accordingly, plus adding hearts won't crash the game make me think it's actually a mechanic for every NPC, which means they all could get heart events in the future if Hyao so choose.

Don't the portraits go with likes rather than hearts? Seeing as my Scrap is pulling some ahegao shiz in his and no heart LOOL

It is based on likes not hearts. After you hit a like threshold the picture changes, Gunnar is blushing for me even tho I don't have a heart for him. I didn't even know he could blush!
