I'm thinking he could put a marketing twist into this. If Magic Ring has NTR scenes of its own with this game's protagonist, it will almost be like the games are advertising each other. If you're mad about Magic Ring ntr you can come to this game after and vise versa. If they do end up removing the NTR scenes for some reason I would expect them to return in Magic Ring.
The thing is that the plot of Magic Ring is that Mac has a ring that makes anyone that has sex with him or sees him have sex fall in love with him alongside their current partner so idk how you'd balance that out. LAGS explains a lot of the lore in this
I don't think he's going to make those games yet. He has plans for a lot of games involving a lot of his characters but his current focus is HTA and LSH. The rest are just teasers for his upcoming plans.

In the case of itch.io there's no tag to really say its NTR. LAGS did put a warning but people don't read it seems. I also think part of it is just fans of LAGS older works and fans of HTA finding out about LSH. Its not like theres that many of them, they're just very vocal and annoying.
they hate it because they find a game / video / whatever that looks good and is well animated very rarely, because most animated porn is hot dogshit, but then they find out they need to look at another dude to get off. Quite...logical if you ask me.
I think why people are more vocal on NTR porn games is because the final part of that genre, "Games". You know how people say that NTR art(the drawing) is better than most? same goes for games and this time the impact is twofold because not only the art is good/more desireable the game is good/more desireable aswell.
